Get Started: Scheduling Your First Animal Chiropractic Appointment

Step 1: Obtain a Signed Referral Form

In the state of Texas, a Veterinarian Referral Form must be completed and signed by both you (the pet owner) and your veterinarian. This ensures that chiropractic care is appropriate for your pet’s condition and aligns with their overall healthcare plan.

 

Step 2: Submit Your Completed Form

Once the form is completed, send it to us via:

 

Step 3: Schedule Your Appointment

After receiving your form, we will contact you using the information provided to arrange your pet’s first appointment.

 

Important Notes

  • If your pet is determined to be an unsuitable candidate for chiropractic care, or if additional diagnostics are required from their veterinarian, we will refer your pet back to their veterinarian as needed.

  • Our services are designed to complement—not replace—traditional veterinary care. Together, chiropractic care and conventional veterinary medicine can provide a holistic approach to your pet’s health and well-being.
